Camtasia Rulers & Cheat Sheet vol. 9

This is Camtasia Studio 8 Project Template file. Once downloaded you can install it directly into Camtasia and it will appear directly in the Camtasia Library.

In this template collection you will find 3 different rulers you can use to create more professional looking videos. The 3 rulers come with 3 different backgrounds, Black, White and transparent.

We have also included a very useful bonus, a Camtasia 8 Cheat Sheet PDF!

It can be difficult to keep track of what keys to press while you are recording your screen with Camtasia. The Cheat Sheet is there to help you find the hot keys quickly.

You will find the cheat sheet in the Project File Folder, but the PDF cannot be installed into Camtasia.

For easy reference when working with Camtasia, please consider printing it to have it handy.

The Cheat sheet has 3 sections; Recorder Hotkeys, Screen Draw Hotkeys and Editor Timeline Hotkeys.

How to use the Project Rulers

To use the rulers, simply drag and drop
them to your timeline.

The white and black rulers are intended if you want your video to be white or black.

The transparent rulers can be used on any other background and can also be used when you have many layers and want to place the rulers in-between or on top of the other layers to assist in aligning layers and resources.

PLEASE NOTE: When you are ready to produce your project the ruler layers should be deleted or made invisible to not appear in your video.
