What’s Included in Callouts Premium Membership

1. What services are included in Callouts Premium Membership?

Callouts Premium Membership gives you access to hundreds and hundreds of downloadable files to use in your screencasting, video production and graphics work. See the section What You Get on our Join Callouts Premium Membership page for more details on what’s included in your membership.

2. When is new content added?

We are constantly working on new material and it will be added on a regular basis. Our aim is to add hundreds of files every month. You also have the Monthly Special section which feature amazing new files every month.

3. Can I use the files for commercial and educational purposes?

All Membership files hosted on Callouts are Royalty-Free. This means that you can freely use them for private, commercial and educational purposes. However you cannot resell, share or give away the files as-is, without adding substantial value. Please see our License Agreement for more details.

How Do I Find The Files

1. How do I find the downloadable contents?

All the downloadable contents (stock files, videos, graphics, music and more) is located under the section All Files. In All Files you find 7 categories (Animations, Free Downloads, Graphics, HD Video Backgrounds, Monthly Specials, Music and Sound Effects). You can either browse through each section or you can use the Search form at the top of the page as all downloadable content has been tagged with suitable keywords.

2. How are the files organized?

All the downloadable contents is located in seven categories under All Files. Here is a brief description of each category.

Green Screen / Transparent

This section hold Transparent Moving video files, such as .gif files, Motion Graphics and Motion Callouts. Motion Graphics (sometimes referred to as Video Overlays) are videos with  Green Screen that can be removed, or an Alpha Channel which means that they are partly transparent so you can place them on top of your own images or stills and create a video file. Most of our Animations and Motion graphics are in HD quality of 720 pixels or more.

Free Downloads

This is our free section. You do not need a Callouts Premium Membership to access these files. They are available even if you aren’t a member. Please note that the Callouts License Agreement also applies to the free section.

This section holds a mix of different files.

Graphics

In our graphics section you will find Still images, Stock images, Snagit stamps, Callouts for Camtasia Studio, Buttons, Icons, Lower Thirds and much, much more to use in your work and play. Our goal is that you find this section an extremely useful addition of graphics for your Screen captures, Videos, Screencasts, Reports…

HD Video Backgrounds

In HD Video Backgrounds you find files that you can use as background for your videos. Most of our Motion Backgrounds are in extremely high HD quality of 720 pixels or more. The can be used for example as back drops in your presentations, in Openers, Logo strings, for Titles and more in your video projects.

Monthly Bonus

In our Monthly Bonus category we add files that are only available the current month. This is often due to our license agreement. You should check this section at least once a month to make sure you don’t miss our great files. The section can hold a mix of videos, graphics and sound files.

Music

Music is an essential part of any video, product presentation, screencast or other video project. We aim to add a large number of great tracks that you can add to your work and play.

Sound Effects

In Sound Effects you find effects and stingers to improve the sound of your projects.

3. I can’t find suitable files for my project?

We are constantly working on new material and would love to hear your suggestions on what to add next. Please use our Contact form and send us all your ideas and we will do our best to add the files you need in the future.

About Membership Payment Plans

1. What are your payment plans and options?

You can sign up for a monthly subscription ($37 a month) or a yearly subscription ($99 a year, save $345). We also offer discounts for groups of 5 or more. We accept credit card payments via PayPal and PayPal balance.

2. What payment options do you offer?

At this time we offer payment via Credit card and Paypal. All major credit cards are accepted. Payments are handled by our payment Provider FastSpring, located in California, USA.

3. I need to cancel my membership. What do I do?

Membership cancellation is handled through your payment provider. You can cancel your membership at any time, for any reason. To cancel your membership, just contact us one business day before you want the cancellation to go into effect. Contact us here

If you subscribed before 2016, you used Paypal subscription. These subscriptions can be cancelled in PayPal by following these steps.

  1. Log in to your PayPal account.
  2. Click “Profile” at the end of the gray menu bar above your account information.
  3. Click “My money”.
  4. Click “Update” in the “My preapproved payments” section.
  5. Click “Cancel”, “Cancel automatic billing”, or “Cancel subscription” on the item you want to cancel and follow the instructions.

The Mechant Name in your Paypal transaction details will read: SoftwareCasa ECS SL. (the owner of Callouts.com)

4. Do you offer money-back guarantee?

Due to license agreements and the value of the membership files we cannot offer money-back guarantee at this time. You can cancel your membership at any time and your account will then be closed at the end of the paid membership period.

5. Can I change my membership payment plan?

At this time the only way to change your membership plan is to cancel your current membership and re-subscribe to the new payment plan.

6. When are memberships billed?

Monthly memberships are automatically billed every month. Yearly memberships are billed once on sign up and once every year thereafter. You can stop your membership at any time and will not be billed again.

Lost Username or Password

1. What should I do if I’ve forgotten my username or password?

Go to our Login page. Below the username and password field there will be a Lost your Password option. You can go through this process to recover your password. Use our contact form to request your username.
